Tomorrow marks my first day into the world of nine to five work. I've been hired as a receptionist and have spent the evening trying to create business outfits out of my floral wardrobe. Accompanying me on this romantic comedy segue is a lovely song called 'Parachute.' It was a hit for Cheryl Cole - who I've been secretly obsessed with lately - and has now been released by an all-time favourite of mine, Ingrid Michaelson. I learned this evening that it was written by Michaelson, but she thought it was too mainstream to originally record herself. I'm not sure which version I like more. Well, that's a bit of a lie, I'll always like an Ingrid Michaelson version of a song better, but Cheryl Cole's video is pretty epic.
