While staying with my brother Kyle and his girlfriend Jess I experienced Smoke's Poutinerie for the first time. Sure, I could only eat a quarter of it, but it was great.
Kyle has told me about this place many a time. What got me interested is the Montreal smoked meat version. It's like the sandwich, but instead it's all mixed together with the poutine. When we went - which was very late or very early - they were out of the meat, so we just got poutine with mustard. Yep, you read right. It was surprisingly good, but really didn't settle well in the stomach.
In the picture is Margarita, an awesome friend of Jess' that I met that night. The poutine experience was bonding.
