I love to celebrate holidays and Canada Day is no exception. I baked these lovely almond cookies last night to celebrate the nation's birthday. Half of them are for home and half are for work.
That's right, my retail store is open on the holiday.
Have fun tonight whether it's with fireworks, sparklers, or like me, a Michael Jackson tribute.
