

Next, we had our "Polish" breakfast. My Dad always told us that our breakfasts on Easter Sunday were a religious, Polish tradition. Each item is supposed to represent a part of the Easter Bible story. But I've learned, through asking my Grandmother this weekend, that my Dad just likes the food. Here's a view of some of the items:


Finally, we had our turkey dinner. Homemade perogies, mashed potatoes, stuffing and more, with apple crisp for dessert. Jealous?


And now I need to start eating some salad.
